By accessing or using Landpger.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Landpger provides an AI-powered landing page generation service for e-commerce and dropshipping businesses. We generate landing page content, images, and copy based on product photos and descriptions you provide.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Payments and Credits

• All purchases on Landpger are one-time payments — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
• Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment and never expire.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• We do not offer refunds for purchased credits once they have been used.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect credits already purchased.

5. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes on your purchases. Landpger does not collect or remit taxes on your behalf.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Landpger to:

• Generate content that is illegal, deceptive, or harmful
• Upload copyrighted images without permission
• Resell or redistribute generated pages as a competing service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform
• Sell or promote prohibited goods or services as defined by Stripe's Restricted Businesses policy, including but not limited to: illegal products, gambling services, counterfeit goods, adult content, or weapons

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the product images you upload. The AI-generated content and landing pages are licensed to you for commercial use. Landpger retains rights to the platform, software, and underlying AI systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

Landpger is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue or business.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@landpger.com.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
